MindEye Institute Branding Project:
While coaching management at the Mind Eye Institute Neuro-Optometric Clinic (MEI), I developed a strategy for the stakeholder training and communications workflows, based on the background information I used to develop all front-end graphic assets, educational materials (in 2D/3D), and public website content. With a “lean” focus, I helped to organize the intake and client management process and clinic culture for all stakeholder groups, which included prospects, incoming and existing patients, patient advocates, technicians, doctors and the future researchers. With the possibilities of big data in mind, I was able to guide MEI into adopting a flexible architecture that would grow with the emerging science and allow for rapid access to relevant data and processes to incorporate feedback in automated ways that enabled the most engaged experience for each stakeholder group. The power to use data in real time to create feedback loops for patients and clients was only supported by the dynamic AR and VR presentation potential of the data for education and research. The deployed innovation at its apex would be a HIPPA-compliant (health privacy standard) tool set as a desktop & mobile app that could be repackaged as a subscription-based data set for clinicians and medical researchers Lastly, I was instrumental in hiring key personnel that had the qualifications to build the application.
